面對開除黨籍 蔡仁堅要打黨籍訴訟

前新竹市長蔡仁堅脫黨參選今年新竹市長，今天民進黨中評會在高雄蓮潭會館，也針對他的違紀案，討論他的黨籍問題，他南下高雄，為自己辯護。

蔡仁堅進入會場前，先召開記者會，表示民進黨由柯建銘主導，未經初選程序，就提名具建商身分的林智堅參選新竹市長，已經違背民進黨「政治倫理的天條」，他已經向台北地方法院，提出確認民進黨提名林智堅無效之訴，並向新竹地方法院提出假處分，請求法院定暫時狀態，禁止林智堅以民進黨候選人身分從事競選活動，若民進黨中評會確認開除他的黨籍，他將比照王金平模式，向台北地方法院提出確認黨籍訴訟。
