第一次使用HTC~請問是否有相同狀況

9月初第一次使用HTC的手機型號是Desire 816，在第四天之後用第一次用HTC手機聽音樂，並且是用附贈的HTC耳機，手機放在包包裡，不小心扯到耳機線，當時耳機還在耳多上，耳機頭被扯出手機，當下反映覺得很正常，因為之前用的手機扯到耳機線的次數非常多次，然後要把耳機插回手機時看到(如附圖)

我當時嚇傻了....整個無語到不行，所以想問問使用HTC的各位是否有類似的經驗。之前是使用三星NOTE2，有一次最扯就是把耳機線扯壞，沒想到HTC是耳機扯壞手機....HTC附贈的耳機完好無缺。考慮很久改支持國貨沒想到會這樣....

送去維修說要換主機板...因為是耳機線扯到，我真的覺得很悶，不曉得該怎麼辦!
