拉麵店競爭激烈，不搞搞新意思，難以突圍。
Ramen Champion，最近又有兩間新拉麵店登場，一間是「沾麵教父」山岸一雄徒弟田代浩二旗下的豚骨一休。最大賣點是採用近期日本拉麵界流行的真空低溫烹調法，以 60℃低溫炮製過的叉燒，熟後仍呈粉紅色，沿碗邊砌出花狀，賣相出位，配上自家製幼麵，煙韌掛湯。
