標題[請益] 封裝技術發展

最近談到了一家封裝大廠的offer 但有兩個部門都屬意錄取我，因此下周要給HR回覆 一個部門為DB缺，都是疊die 另一個部門為WB缺，較以前在小廠所學的封裝較不同 本魯之前是在小廠擔任WB製程，所以本來是考慮要再選WB 但是跟朋友聊過，之後的flipchip或WLCSP等好像漸漸會省略掉WB 但是以前的主管又說，WB學好，出去很搶手 想請問各位大大，如果以後有想跳或是未來發展考量； 選擇DB或是WB哪個會比較好呢? 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.47.110.120 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410016549.A.290.html
