謝長廷：凍獨案要大家先溝通

民進黨代表提出凍獨案，民進黨主席蔡英文說，全代會將按照程序進行。行政院前院長謝長廷說，依照民進黨的歷史，如果大家沒有事先溝通，重大案子在當場討論都很難通過，通不通過，都有政治上的意義，像這種提案，應該大家來溝通比較好，

行政院前院長游錫 說，他反對凍結台獨黨綱，台獨是民進黨創黨的核心價值，「如果把它拿掉，那民進黨跟國民黨有什麼不同？」通過的決議文，既然已經通過，應該放在那裏就可以了，現階段沒有必要有新的決議文。
