行政院長江宜樺今日出席中研院院士會議宣示，將朝房地合一、實價課稅方向推動，並要求財政部在7、8月舉行公聽會廣泛聽取意見，在年底前將相關法律修正草案送到行政院，進行跨部會審議。江宜樺表示，這個政策才是抑制房價不當飆高、使土地獲得公平正義的方法。他也宣示幾個方向，避免傷及無辜，包括：

一、只有一棟自有住宅的人不會受到影響

二、長期持有房屋者，即使不只持有一棟，只要不是當成買賣套利工具，也會盡量優惠使其不受影響。

三、農民的土地、農舍也會排除在外，避免傷及弱勢。

江宜樺也明確表示，至於其他稅制改革，包括提高營利事業所得稅、綠色稅制，目前今年還無法處理。
