美法院：查閱手機 須先取得搜索票

美聯社報導，美國最高法院裁決，警察逮捕嫌犯後，不得對嫌犯的手機進行搜索，必須先聲請搜索票，持票才能查看。

法官說，手機是強大的裝置，與嫌犯身上的其他物件不同。

首席大法官羅伯茲說，由於手機內有太多資訊，警方必須取得搜索票才可查閱內容。
