就我所知(我也住河岸首排)
1.河岸目前應尚還沒確定"成交"超過40W/P的建案(可能我見識短淺)
2.竹北市成交確定超過每坪30W/P的建案也不算多
3.比較熱門的首購建案,18~25W/P是目前的狀況(視地域區段)
4.想掃貨的人多,但是多數存款不到50W要怎麼掃??懂嗎??房地產,永遠是口袋裡錢多的人喊牌說話,就跟玩showhand一樣,前兩張發完,亮牌是A的說話,他喊"pass",才輪的到後面的出手
