中越衝突再起，越南爆發 513反華暴動，大陸、台灣雙雙撤僑。繼撤走三千多工人、廠家返國後，北京又派出五艘客輪到越南，預期再撤僑四千人；台灣同樣以專機接返數以百計台商。兩岸這趟撤僑規模之大，近年僅見。不少人甚至以此為中國崛起、體現國力之舉。

 

以撤僑體現國力不無諷刺。越南爆發反華暴動個多月前，習近平才在法國作其獅子論：拿破崙以中國為沉睡的獅子，「獅子已經醒了，但這是一隻和平的、可親的、文明的獅子。」以拳頭、烈火對付華工、華商、華僑的越南人顯然不認同甦醒了的獅子有何和平、可親、文明之處。發生了什麼事情？
