標題[問題] 兩房案件車位是否重要？

想請教一下車位對兩房案件是否很重要？（地點：離關渡／竹圍站走路約1015分鐘） 我現在目標鎖定這區的兩房案件，交通方式是捷運加機車，未來35年也不太會買車，其實短期用不到車位，但是家人説如果沒有車位將來脫手較困難，現在我家附近不少養地的停車場慢慢在蓋房子，感覺車位的供給會變少...但是現在很多新成屋是附機械車位另外，聽仲介説這反而是扣分，想聽聽看有在買賣房屋的各位的看法，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.62.110.135 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1400506815.A.1CF.html
