李達良，五十五歲，花名「荷李活道毛澤東」。
一八四四年便出現的上環荷李活道，是香港開埠後的「香港第一街」，近半世紀古董店林立，包括李達良家族開設的「平價館」。馬會翻新荷李活道舊警察宿舍變身「元創方」，刺激這個蘇豪區租金近日猛升，懷舊古董店頂唔住都變做餐廳酒吧，但李達良的平價館竟然殺出一條血路。
