店主家族從事燕窩蟲草批發零售，四十年老字號，傳到第三代，想搞搞新意思，遂開設食肆，主打蟲草燉湯及燉官燕，也賣八款中菜，蠔王湯鮑、關東遼參、東坡肉等。
