標題[問題] 下班後交辦事務

老闆經常在表定時間下班(17:30)後用line交代事情， 甚至連假日也會用line問事情， 本人秉持「下班後歸下班後，就算我要加班也是我的事」的原則 XD 一概不回應。 老闆是也沒有針對「不回應」這件事說什麼。 但我還是覺得這件事很奇怪， 下班就下班啦，為何要用line打擾我們的休息時間， 可以去檢舉工作超時嗎？(誤) 他要交代事情我可以理解，無非就是事情多怕忘記吧， 只是在沒有line之前，老闆是用email交代， 而為何加line之後，非得用line交代事情？ 之前還逼迫員工加入群組，連下班後也被打擾就覺得不爽... =_= 請問各位當老闆、主管的，或是一般小職員的版上先進， 面對這樣的狀況，會如何回應呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.254.52.102 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1397549436.A.603.html
