標題[問題] 薪水福利沒共識卻發錄取

小的不才 想請教各位的經驗 上週去面試了一家公司 對方一直沒有把薪水與福利講清楚 所以我就直接問了，對方回答並且問我前公司的薪資與福利 就直接說 沒辦法給這樣。當下就草草結束面談。 結果，今天卻打了電話給我，告知我被錄取了。 前公司的薪資是 N ，現在的公司是 N-12K 並且福利也只有前公司的一半好 不知道，各位是否有經驗，在這種情況下，應該要如何跟面試的公司討論。 像是: 再問一次對方薪資與福利，或者其他的可能性(一樣薪資做一周做30小時之類的)。 或者 就讓他走吧! 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.129.212.228 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1397486429.A.508.html
