外籍新娘居留證問題

外籍新娘如果離婚，有小孩的監護權，但是小孩不在台灣 (戶籍在台一年回來一~二次) ，可以辦居留證嗎? 而居留證要馬上去換嗎 (日前居留證還有一年)

小孩戶籍在台 , 就是台灣人, 必有護照 , 小孩不需要辦台灣居留證。但外國讓他入境簽證不會超過二個月。

外籍新娘依親在台 , 滿十五天就可以申請居留證了, 而居留證有一年期. 二年期, 每到期滿前要再展延。還沒到期, 當然不需要申請展延。

外籍新娘要想拿台灣永久居留證 , 或身分證 , 一定得每年在台住滿183天 , 連續滿五年。

所以, 要考慮小孩能不能在外國住那麼久的問題。還有, 外籍新娘要想自己將來拿身分證權益的問題。
