虧我從事相關行業沒想到買房卻沒注意到這樣的問題買完房後發現權狀大公並沒登記車位編號拉謄本看了一下 80個車位中有四個一樓平面都未登記(建商有多給土地持份) 問了不少人推測可能是這是二次施工的車位我想問的是我剛好想和另一位也是四個車位之一的車主換車位因為二人謄本根本沒登記是不是只要我們二人簽私契同意更換即可還是需要去建商那更換呢？應該不需要跑地政吧(謄本根本看不出來啊) 那假設我想換的是有編號有登記在大公內的車位的話還可以換嗎？因為交換的話我的標示部的大公會增加是沒問題但土地要減少？土地無故減少不會很不合理嗎？還是我認知錯誤其實權利範圍增減是很平常的？煩請版上實務高手或代書解惑了感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.209.64
