標題[揪團] 練習太極拳

地點是龍岡森林公園（原Po很懶沒辦法移動太遠XD） 想請問這有人練習太極拳的嗎？ 最近開始晚上會到公園裡面練習，感覺如果有人可以一起練可以進步快一些。 時間大概是晚上8點左右，目前自己大多花費一小時左右結束。 自己目前的練習內容大概是熱身（通常是散步4圈）+陳式太極拳老架一路 主要學老架一路，１３式和１９式也會一點（別人在學的時候有跟著練習） 所以如果複習一下應該還記得。 PS 中間還會穿插個 Ingress 遊戲就是了XD 大概是 Ingress→熱身→Ingress→太極拳→Ingress -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.161.154
