司法院大法官書記處長 李玉卿接任

新任司法院大法官書記處長出爐，由司法院行政訴訟及懲戒廳副廳長李玉卿接任。

此波調動緣自於原人事處長梁宏哲請調回台灣高等法院擔任法官，原大法官書記處長吳永宋轉任人事處長，派令於今年元月一日生效。經半個多月的選才，司法院長賴浩敏擇定李玉卿接下大法官書記處長一職。

李玉卿7年多前擔任台北高等行政法官時，因撤銷撤銷遠通電收承作ＥＴＣ的最優申請人資格，受到各界矚目。
