小弟食品碩士畢業，現為求職的社會新鮮人最近有幸拿到2份OFFER，懇請板上有經驗的大大可以給我一些意見~ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 黑松-研發人員桂格-品保技師薪水 N N 福利制度年終+績效似乎平均有3個月不知地點中壢(住家裡) 大園(住家裡) 休假方式周休二日，旺季要加班周休二日，每月有2個假日要加班優缺點離家較近(15min)，加班離家較遠(30min)，加班無加班費有加班費二者均為食品業，但比公司規模似乎桂格較大些希望可以給我一些意見，像是將來的發展性等等謝謝大家了~ PS:不知道有沒有大大在桂格工作過的，可以說明一下他們的福利制度嗎 3Q~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.145.131
