馬英九：學雜費調漲 不一定立院決定

樹德科技大學校長朱元祥在大專校長會議長指出，大學調整學雜費議題造成社會紛擾，但學費持續無法調漲，讓私校財務產生很大困難，希望回歸大學自主，避免由立法院審議，而是讓市場機制來解決。

馬英九總統表示，學費調漲議題必須考慮大學長遠發展，當初立法院一直希望油電凍漲，但後來中油減半調漲15個月後無法再支撐，最後還是跟著市場機制調整，現在大家都已習慣油價每周調整。學費調整問題必須考慮大學長遠發展，希望能仿照油價調整，提出市場化和透明化的計算方式，油電的漲價的雛形已經出來， 不需要什麼事情都由立法院來決定。
