請問acer品牌電腦網路常斷

公司是用舊的acer品牌電腦,預估年齡有5~6年了

由於這台電腦使用率也算高(文書軟體,繪圖軟體,會計軟體)

平常中午會用這台電腦看線上電視用

前幾天,看線上電視突然畫面全當,甚至出現雜音

強迫關機後

網路就常常斷

一開機時正常個3~5分鐘

之後封包的已傳送會一直歸0,但是已收到那裡的封包一直有在計算

ex:已傳送426 , 已收到489 過了五分鐘已傳送0,已收到504

這樣一直下去

然後如果軟體開太多,會當機,又只能強迫關機了><

兩三個月前才剛換一張網卡(軟裝網卡)

請問這是網卡問題嗎?

還是重灌?

還是電腦老舊需要換新?
