sideload 不成功

各位前輩，小妹是BB的初學者，只想sideload幾個好用的常用的app (ex:instagram)到手機裡
看了很多sideload的貼文，還去Youtube上看了sideload的影片，也把playbook app manager下載下來了~~可是就是在點選"manage you device"中的ID後，頁面都會顯示"這個網頁無法使用....不知何故>"<
可以請各位解惑嗎?謝謝
