重判後遭上銬逮捕 高振利錯愕、瞪大眼

彰化縣大統長基食品公司混油案今天上午彰化地方法院才重判有期徒刑16年，中午12時董事長高振利依規定照常到公司所在的線西分駐所簽到報到時，警方告知法院下令要當場逮捕，讓高振利非常錯愕，靜靜地被上手銬帶走。合議庭法官表示，因高振利有逃亡之虞，才決定羈押在彰化看守所，若被告提出上訴，會隨卷移送台中高分院。

大統長基公司負責人高振利因假油案，今天一審遭判十六年徒刑。法官事先開出拘票，高振利中午前往分駐所簽到後，警方拿出拘票，高振利簽名後，當場被銬上手銬拘提到案。

高振利突然遭拘提，眼睛張得很大，似乎不敢置信。針對一審遭判十六年徒刑或突然遭拘提等問題，高振利不願回應，隨即被押上警車帶回彰化地院。
