在台北市敦化南路二段正考慮要不要下斡旋結果無意中聽到別家仲介提到有氯離子含量過高的事 (原本帶看的某世紀仲介竟沒主動告知此事!) 根據屋主自驗的檢測報告房間處柱位：2.08 kg/m3 飯廳樑位：2.11 kg/m3 客廳樑位:1.36 kg/m3 這樣是否算是海砂屋了（屋齡27年)? 這種數值是完全都不需考慮還是如果價錢夠低其實可以買？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.45.170
