昨天和朋友聚餐 他在我們一群朋友中算是比較晚投入房市的 想著前幾年還在教他怎麼找房子和協助貸款 這二年較少聯絡 昨天吃飯時他說出了一些令人驚訝的投資手法 竟然是我們幾個自認打滾多年的老手沒聽過的作法 不斷壓迫他，他才說近一年都跟在派宏老師身邊學習也也有一起操作 我還是第一次聽到這個人勒 回來GOOGLE後才發現此人似乎有點知名度 但不知道這個人的做法是像以前的老虎?富裕自由?還是帥過頭? 他的講座值得去聽嗎? 會不會推銷一堆東西? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.10.54.76
