標題[問題] 現在買屋適當嗎？

這問題很籠統.. 小弟我在竹苗工作以後應該也是在這裡長期工作了工作地點不外乎就新竹，不然就桃園或者竹南最近有在考慮買房事宜然而有二種極端的說法一說現在房價已經到達一個極高點了，大多數社會中產階級都無能力立即買房房價崩盤在即，傻子才在最高點買地買房另一種說詞是政府會開放大陸資金來台買地買房投資產業然而大陸那麼多人朝思暮想著來台求發展一但開放大陸客來台買地、買房房價就真的再也不會是一般台灣人可以買的了到時候一坪地平均破百萬都很有可能等到那時候還沒辦法買房就永遠沒機會買了兩種說法感覺都很有可能... 我該如何抉擇？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.15.186
