[問題] 應考資格、各種國考疑難雜症等，以有正確作法、答案者為主 (不包括書裡的疑問)。若問題如人生規劃、讀書計畫等，無一定作法、答案者，請用閒聊選項。小弟剛接觸民法課程約一個月左右，是上賴農惟老師的課目前常用到那些法條大致上是有印象，有些也能把法條內容大致上背出來但是，就是常忘了是第幾號這樣，想請教一下各位，是不是常做題目常引用，就可以記起來？我同學是這樣跟我說的不過他們的例子是發生在刑法上面，民法實在是多太多法條要記，深怕到時上戰場要引用，寫得出內容寫不出條號啊>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.100.68.95
