標題[問題] 買方貸款問題請教

幫同事代PO 同事本月初與仲介簽訂賣屋契約,有買方下斡旋達底 (尚未簽約,仲介表示要先預估貸款) 但斡旋書上有貸款9成的但書(信貸+房貸),斡旋書上的日期到 10/31 今日仲介跟同事聯絡,表示買方房貸+信貸已達9成金額,但是買方表示信貸利率太高.... 希望在延長二周斡旋時間讓買方找其他低利率的銀行申貸.... 請問板上鄉民,既然都已申貸到但書的預定金額,由於尚未簽約,這樣買方有算違約嗎? 不知道如果打電話到0809的客訴專線有用嗎? 或是有其他建議,煩請鄉民告知,謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.72.191.88 ※ 編輯: aicecoolman 來自: 211.72.191.88 (10/26 01:31)
