最近剛把林東茂老師的 刑法綜覽(第7版)翻過(其實 之前已經有先唸過第六版了),老師的文筆真的很好, 我超喜歡他寫的書,但是因為是教科書,所以解題的 數量稍少,這一點有些可惜,目前去買了 金律師的 刑法經典試題精解,但是我發現,有一點難懂(原po 資質太差?),是不是可以請版上的各位刑法高手們, 推薦原po一本比較適合讀過刑法綜覽之後又好上手 的解題書,謝謝!! P.S. 有讀過刑法綜覽的人應該都知道,林東茂老師 再解題時用的法律用語應該都是比較淺顯易懂 ,且常常會舉一些比較實際的例子加以證明,希 望有解題書有可以類似 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.86.134.67
