釋善意！假處分案 國民黨不再提抗告

國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋，今天轉述國民黨主席馬英九的話表示，針對假處分案，國民黨將不再提抗告。

殷瑋說，馬主席願意在不違背公平正義原則的情況下，儘速釐清是非，並兼顧政局安定。因此，雖然向最高法院提出「定暫時狀態」假處分再抗告的期限是10月11日，但馬主席在與各界人士研商後，今天決定不提出再抗告。

殷瑋轉述說，國會議長涉入關說司法個案發生後，社會震驚、各界譁然。他知道不少中常委、黨籍立委及黨員同志一方面支持他維護司法獨立、反對關說司法個案的立場，一方面也對政局發展感到憂心，這一陣子也聽到他們希望國民黨不要再提抗告的聲音。

馬主席認為，在「訴訟照打、政務照推」的原則下，他希望全體黨員和全國民眾，都能體認他維護司法獨立同時安定政局的用心。此外，對於行政院江宜樺院長昨日主動向王院長致意一事，馬主席也表達尊重之意。
