目前新成屋當中周遭環境最喜歡的是這間，但是還是算預售階段也有房仲在丟售了，不過真正算起來代銷可能還便宜一些問題一、一般再買新成屋，都是車位分開算，這樣對買方到底是有利嗎? 因為實際成交價(實價登錄)大部分是以包含車位的總坪數下去算如果這樣平均單價就會比代銷賣的低，容易有迷思問題二、因為代銷目前的報價，比起我所查到的實價部分差距相當大我不是專業投資客，只是年輕夫妻想買個窩，真的被這些所謂"行情"搞得頭暈轉向，到底該怎麼出價會比較好呢? 現在每個代銷都會用"現在不買，以後更貴的"話來嚇人雙北就不用說了桃園卻不斷抬高售價...真的不知道該怎麼入門Orz 還請各位前輩指點 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.146.236 ※ 編輯: FZCola 來自: 114.44.146.236 (09/18 17:00)
