陳?認為:應停止內耗 盡快啟動台美協商

前行政院院長、現任總統府資政陳?對於近日政壇紛擾表示，眼前的事情不是那麼重要，如果只看2014年選舉、2016年的大選，台灣內耗會繼續下去，且會無法融入國際經貿社會，這是一個非常可惜的事情。

陳?表示，TPP（跨太平洋經濟夥伴協議）、TTIP（跨大西洋貿易投資夥伴協議）等都正在緊鑼密鼓進行談判，甚至俄國總統普丁也在進行六國關稅同盟，而這些國際區域經濟整合，都是以2015年為目標。可見2015年之前，台灣若不趕快，還自己內部耗的話，對融入國際經濟社會是失敗的。

因此，陳?引述自己文章指出，若駐美代表金大使只要做一件事，就是要盡快協商美國，啟動美台諮商，奠定TPP報名的基礎，讓台灣趕快加入國際經貿社會。
