監委盯賽鴿逃稅 追回2.2億

監察院今天說，賽鴿涉賭博，也涉逃漏稅，監委去年提調查報告要求相關機關改進，政府今年已追回新台幣2.2億元的稅。

監察院指出，台灣賽鴿活動嚴重涉及賭博行為，每次的賭金高達上億元，許多人因愛賭賽鴿導致傾家蕩產。監委尹祚芊、馬秀如去年提調查報告，點出問題，要求相關單位改進。

監察院說，經過監委持續關切追蹤，警政署已將「賽鴿賭博」列入每月執行的全國性「查緝賭博專案行動」的重點查緝目標。

監察院調查處指出，賽鴿不僅涉及賭博，也涉及逃漏稅，檢察機關查獲77次賽鴿賭博活動，賭注金額高達1.5億元，但都沒有通報稅捐機關課稅。監委持續追蹤監督，今年以來，政府已追回2億2000多萬元的稅金，其中，6000多萬元是本稅，1億6000多萬元是罰金。

監察院表示，地方政府過去都沒能輔導地方鴿會組織辦理人民團體登記，監委調查發現，農委會提報108個鴿會中，只有1個是合法登記。

監察院說，後續追蹤，目前已有4個鴿會變成合法登記，另有18個鴿會正在辦理登記。
