原以為找有防漏水履約保證的仲介(大連鎖店)買房是有防漏水保固，結果陽台不算在主建物內外牆，所以住進來尚未滿3個月，陽台漏水，(整個社區原設計就是陽台是整片窗)，我們都沒動裝潢，也要自己付錢修，所以奉勸簽約時要把陽台是否漏水寫進去讓前屋主負責，至少保固半年吧!!前屋主只回答不知道有漏水。
