想要確定一下, 最近朝野討論奢侈稅修法若在明年一月一日頒布新法, 在今年買的房子也會受到影響嗎? 例如明年一月一日頒布新規定, 奢侈稅為X年房子是在今年9月過戶, 則房子是兩年後就不受奢侈稅的約束, 或者是X年? 請版上大家幫我解答謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.46.3

→ shhsu:如果照舊法是X年，因為這是交易稅，交易才要繳的稅，所以從 08/21 00:31
