聯絡人：蘇同學聯絡方式：站內信地點：(東海別墅) 台中市龍井區新興路22巷交通：近東海大學、台中工業區租金：6000/月(除電費外其他費用全包) 押金：一個月租期：到12月底(之後也可續約，租金半年為一期) 坪數：6坪以上房間設備：電視(有第四台)、冰箱、冷氣、一張書桌一張電腦桌，兩張單人床衣櫃、床頭櫃、書櫃、除濕機、網路、廁所乾濕分離、陽台公共設備：電梯、室內機車停車場、投幣洗衣烘衣機、管理室圖片：因為還沒搬走房間有點亂，所以借用網路上圖片 http://photo.pchome.com.tw/jemmy38/03*2 雖然是07年的照片但是格局沒有改變註：我是這裡的房客，原本租期到今年12月底但是因為一些原因我必須提早搬走房子的租金半年為一期所以必須轉租給別人若你最近在東海附近有在找房子的，可以站內信聯絡我歡迎約時間來我這看房我預計住到八月底，想提早或晚一點住進來的也可有興趣或有疑問的歡迎站內信聯絡~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.7.101
