聯 絡 人：陳太太 聯絡方式：(02)89416866 房屋地點：臺北大學旁邊龍江路靜巷，地點鬧中取靜，生活機能佳， 有很多商店及便利商店等等。 鄰近交通：附近公車站牌很多，接近捷運南京東路站/中山國中站 所在樓層：4/5(非頂樓加蓋) 租金(月)：2500 不含水電網路費 押 金：一個月租金 公共設施：為一般家庭式公寓，水泥隔間，非加蓋或改建，客廳及廚房的空間可以 共同使用，無炊，洗衣機不用另外投錢。 共三個房間，住三個女生，環境單純，請勿留宿異性，以共同維護單純環境。 有冷氣、網路，冷氣是獨立電錶計算，網路三個人共同分攤，這間雅房因房客換 工作而出租。有對外窗，因為比較小間形狀較不方正，所以租金較便宜，想省錢的 學生或上班族可考慮。房東沒有同住。 格局坪數：不大清楚，可約時間來看房，比另外兩間雅房都小，故租金較便宜 隔間材質：水泥 能否接受寵物：否 參考圖片：https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13908054/IMG_2049.jpg
