高軍院移審何江忠 下午開放旁聽

國防部上午表示，國軍高等軍事法院受理沈威志等共同職權妨害自由等案，在押被告前陸軍542旅副旅長何江忠、上士范佐憲與旅部連長徐信正等3人，將在下午14時30分進行移審換押庭，軍方說，此案是公開審理，將開放媒體旁聽。

【中央社╱台北1日電】洪仲丘案在押3人前542旅副旅長何江忠、旅部連連長徐信正與上士范佐憲，高等軍事法院今天下午將進行移審換押庭。

軍檢昨天公布陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘案偵結報告，起訴前542旅旅長沈威志等18名軍士官。

今天下午將進行移審換押庭，將採公開審理。
