事情有樂觀有希望的一面,也有覺得沉重壓力的一面.總是說如何取捨要看自己的心,要好好的做決定,但是今天白天實在容易被情緒給淹沒,特別在傍晚以前. 傍晚過後,心情轉而更有意志力,決斷力.我們更容許加入堅定的耐心來處理事情.像是我們找到一個厚實的盾牌,他的名子叫做耐心與信心.幫助我們斷練自己的堅定意志,繼續對抗外面的誘惑,也是保護我們,繼續往目標邁進的安全感. 很多事情需要時間來做改變,今天特別可以慢慢的認同這一點.要有耐心,看者事情隨者時間來變化.要往內找信心,加油跟鼓勵自己,讓自己內在變得更堅定. http://vanessabrightsky.pixnet.net/blog/post/141020726 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 71.194.64.18
