小弟有一間房子出租中。租約只到這個月。原本想要結束租約後，馬上賣。房客說他想買，但是半年後才有錢進來。但半年後的事情，誰說的準。房客最後要是不買，我就白白等他半年時間。（本來是想要換屋的！）有什麼方式可以先談價格，訂立契約，以保障互相權利的方法嗎？謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.222.59
