請問 IM Map Navigator 定位追蹤app

最近下載這個app.
我目前只加了一個連絡人, 但卻自動出現一組(兩個), 一個代號第一個字大寫, 一個代號第一個字小寫, 例如, 一個是May, 另一個是may.
奇怪的是, 明明是同一個人, 卻常常一個"線上", 一個"離開"; 或是只出現一個 (我在猜, 是不是一個是3G, 一個是wifi)
更奇怪的是, 大寫那個才能定位追蹤, 小寫那個不行.
所以,
1. 大寫的"線上", 小寫的"離開" ==>可以定位追蹤
2. 大寫的沒出現, 小寫的"線上" ==>不能定位追蹤
拍勢, 不知道看不看得懂我寫的.
請問有人知道如何解決嗎? 或是要問哪裏? 謝謝!
