有一個土地的問題請教版友我們家有一塊長方形的土地大概長這樣是在A19旁邊的一塊建地 ┌----------------------------┐ │30坪│40坪│50坪│50坪│60坪│ 阿公姨我姨姨 └----------------------------┘ 我阿公是說我的50先放10坪在他那邊到時候要一起蓋房子的時候這樣我們三個40坪40坪40坪蓋出來比較好蓋房子的錢他會以到時候每坪價錢多少就幫我出不夠我再自己出 (例如一坪100萬他就幫我出1000萬的蓋房子資金) 如果有多會給我現金說不會讓我吃虧的意思說先合併土地之後一起蓋再分這樣比較好因為我是對這些完全不了解所以我想請問各位版友這樣會比較好嗎? 我是跟我阿公說都OK啦阿公決定就好了 ~^^: 只是這麼難的數學題我不會算QQ" 我也不知道一起蓋蓋出來會是幾層樓幾坪只知道我阿公說就算蓋五樓也要有地下室停車場反正我對這些完全不懂也沒輒就對了~ 我只知道現在一坪大概有七十幾萬的價值這樣自己蓋房子比較好?建商蓋比較好?賣土地比較好? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.95.212
