【工作職缺】HR Clerk
【工作內容】 * Assist in making documents and papers related to Employee handbook, HR policies, processes such as payroll, benefits/insurance, recruiting tracking and ad hoc administration work. * Prepare HR reports based on requested format for management analysis * Administer the interviewing schedule and process * Provide support on timely payroll process and administration * Handle staff on-boarding, orientation, termination and any other administration process. * Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
【徵求條件】 * Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines * Minimum 1 years' work experience in general administration field; experience gained from sizable or multinational companies is preferred * Good interpersonal skills and communications skills * Being as a team player * Proven self-motivated, can-do attitude and able to work independently * Highly organized and attention to detail * Ability to cope with multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
