假設配偶比你早掛，你公公婆婆(岳父岳母)比他晚掛你只是配偶關係消滅但你的身分關係還在，所以你還是要撫養他們(還是姻親) 以上是目前的法條狀況。那如果你再婚，等於有新的婚姻，那你之前的那段身分關係。還在嗎? 還需要撫養之前的公公婆婆(岳父岳母)嗎? 若不用，是哪條法條呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.133.113.107
