最近花了一陣子在網路上翻翻看看偶爾開著車騎著車到我想買的地點探探險看看建案外觀希望找間房接老婆小孩上來住因為之前一直都沒有想要買房的想法直到小孩出生所以對房地產這塊很陌生我知道我的預算有限但還是希望大家幫忙一起找房如果有什麼需求細節寫的不好的話請大家多包涵 1、房屋地點：新竹關長區+竹北高鐵特區 2、房屋屋齡： 0~5年 3、房屋類型：電梯大樓 4、所在樓層：大樓5樓以上 5、房屋坪數：主建物15~25坪之間 6、房屋格局： 2房或3房 7、房屋座向：朝南 8、屋前巷(路)寬： 9、購屋預算 : 1000萬以內含裝潢(6~7成貸款) 10、有無陽台：不限 11、有無停車位：有(不要機械或室外車位) 12、交通：皆可 13、聯絡資訊：站內信 14、 1. 不要樓中樓 (ex: 咖啡..) 2. 因為有搭高鐵方便及園區上班方便的需求所以選擇這兩區 3. 希望屋主或房仲有不錯的房子可介紹 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.203.57.28
