請問南特車站轉車需要預留多久時間

因為我上網想搜尋關於南特車站的相關資訊發現並不太多
上來請教一下各位前輩

我是一大早6:40分飛機到
預訂了從戴高樂機場直接搭TGV直達南特(09:49 - 12:48) (註1)
接著要從南特搭TER到Pontchateau (13:12 - 13:44)

第一個面對的問題就是TER車票需不需要先在台灣買好
我知道通常現場買就好
但因為我這中間只有24分鐘可以換車
我有點擔心南特車站如果很大(map上有南站跟北站) 或是人潮很多
TGV月台跟TER月台會很遠嗎
我怕到時買票會來不及上火車
因為下一班就要等到5點了

但是先買好票又擔心當地火車時間時常變動
如果我拿著訂好時間的票搭上更改過時段的火車這樣會不會有問題?

註1:
因為我上次在機場入關感覺花了點時間 (但我也忘了有多久)
所以中間轉搭TGV時間我留個3小時
如果提早搭TGV的話下機後2個小時的轉乘時間夠嗎?
