關於suzuki退訂

在禮拜六的時候，我下訂了swift。
也試了車，對車子的性能很滿意的。
但在今天禮拜一時看到了金鈴汽車保固爭議的新聞，讓我覺得他們公司保固很有問題....
所以今天打電話給業務要求退訂，想當然業務很生氣，說我們試乘過了、條件也都談好了...是惡意毀約
業務說要問公司才能決定是否能退訂。
因為在簽約時條約有寫說3天內可以無條件退訂，當然我自己衝動下訂是不對的，請問一下能拿回所有訂金嗎？
