我有一棟乾淨舒適剛裝修好的大房子可立即入住，有一間大套房可以給2位女生 or 一對情侶 Share 因為是加大雙人床，還有兩間單人房，內部超大客聽及全新的廚房，真正的好房子，不是車庫加蓋或隨便隔間充人數的share house，讓你住起來有家的感覺，，地點非常方便在Sunnybank Hills, 離公車站走路只要4分鐘，半小時多到市區或是大學都很方便，對面是Sunnybank Hills Shopping town (裡面也有NAB及ANZ兩大銀行) and Calamvale shopping Center, 附近還有24H 麥當勞，亞洲餐館，亞洲超市，生活機能超強。

歡迎不吸菸，愛乾淨的包包，學生或上班族入住
