請問可以將複磷酸鹽至接丟進水塔嗎?

小弟住家在台中西屯、屋齡近15年，水塔在屋頂(需透過梯子才能到達)，下方接太陽能加熱與一般用水管。

因無清過水管，且最近水壓明顯變弱，研判是水管有水垢結晶阻塞之嫌，經爬文結果發現複磷酸鹽可將水源轉為軟水並達到溶解水垢的神奇功效。

因水塔周遭無遮蔽物，在進水管加裝濾心的方式不太可行....

1.如果以水塔內直接投入複磷酸鹽(網路賣1公斤500元)的方式，是否可行? 是否對身體有害?
2.網路上賣複磷酸鹽球及磷酸鹽粉末兩種形式，建議買哪種?
