羅瑩雪：亮票違法 檢方立場不變

明（廿五日）天縣市議員宣誓就職並選舉正副議長，亮票是否有罪？法務部長羅瑩雪今天強調，最高檢察署研究後認為亮票是違法的行為，但法院判決不一，有的有罪，有的無罪，造成法治錯亂，而是否要聲請大法官釋憲統一見解是以後的事，現階段檢察機關沒有改變立場的理由，法務部尊重檢方的看法和依法行事。
